  • 1 lb lean ground chicken
  • 4 oz thinly sliced deli ham
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  4. Form half of the mixture into a loaf in a greased loaf pan. Layer with ham and Swiss cheese, then top with remaining mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; spread over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
