  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices thinly sliced deli ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  2. Flatten each chicken breast between plastic wrap to about half an inch thick.
  3. Layer each flattened breast with ham and Swiss cheese, rolling tightly.
  4. Dredge the rolls in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
