Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, half of the mozzarella, and parsley until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on each noodle. Place about two tablespoons of filling at one end and roll tightly.
- Pour some Alfredo sauce into a baking dish. Place the rolls seam-side down and cover with remaining sauce. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
