  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut circles of dough using a round cutter (about 4 inches in diameter).
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center of each circle, add cheese and toppings.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
