Description

Cheeseburger Pasta is a delightful fusion of your favorite cheeseburger flavors and comforting pasta. This quick and easy recipe combines seasoned ground beef, creamy cheeses, and pasta in a rich sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners. Each bite brings nostalgia from summer barbecues, served warm in a bowl that feels like a hug.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion in oil until translucent (3–4 minutes). Add ground beef and garlic; cook until browned (5–6 minutes).
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet. Stir in beef broth, ketchup, and mustard; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix in cream cheese until melted and smooth. Gradually add cheddar cheese until fully melted.
  5. Combine cooked rotini with the meat sauce; toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese or parsley if desired.
