  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
