- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups tart apples (Granny Smith), diced
- ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in sour cream and cinnamon.
- Gently fold in diced apples; pour over the crust and smooth out evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges are set; cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
- Slice into bars and serve with caramel sauce drizzled on top.
