  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tsp Cajun spice blend
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink (about 2 minutes per side), then sprinkle with Cajun spice blend.
  4. Remove shrimp and add seasoned steak strips to the same skillet; sear until cooked to your preference.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce, then return shrimp and steak to the skillet. Mix well.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
