- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 2 tsp Cajun spice blend
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente.
