Ingredients

Scale
  • 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and slice into strips.
  3. Add Garlic and Broccoli: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until aromatic and bright green.
  4. Create the Sauce: Pour heavy cream into the skillet, bring to a simmer, and gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Toss Everything Together: Return sliced chicken to the skillet along with drained fettuccine; stir well to coat pasta in sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve: Plate your dish with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan on top.
