  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and coat them generously with Caesar dressing in a bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. While marinating, rinse the asparagus and trim off tough ends.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken and asparagus for about 6-7 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and has nice char marks.
  5. Remove from the grill, let rest for five minutes, then slice the chicken.
