Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 4 oz Brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Cut the pastry into 3-inch squares. Place a piece of Brie and a dollop of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle fresh herbs on top of the cheese and sauce. Fold each square diagonally to form triangles and seal the edges.
  5. Brush each triangle with beaten egg for a golden crust.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
