  • 45 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  2. Chill the Dough: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Create the Filling: Mix blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl, mashing slightly while leaving some berries whole.
  4. Roll Out Dough: On a floured surface, roll chilled dough to 1/8 inch thick and cut into rectangles (3×5 inches).
  5. Assemble Pop Tarts: Place filling on half of each rectangle, fold over, seal edges with a fork, and brush tops with egg wash.
  6. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
