  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 24 ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in fresh blackberries.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee and layer them in a 9×13-inch dish.
  5. Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. Dust cocoa powder on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
