- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Mix until just combined.
- Shape mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While baking, heat BBQ sauce with Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Toss baked meatballs in the warm sauce until coated and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
