Description

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, heat BBQ sauce with Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Toss baked meatballs in the warm sauce until coated and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
