  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and cook diced chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic and frozen mixed vegetables; cook until heated through (3-5 minutes).
