  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well-coated.

  4. Spread Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet in a single layer; drizzle half of the balsamic honey mixture over them.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
