Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk and active dry yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter and beaten eggs to the dry ingredients; stir until combined to form a shaggy dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and allow it to rise in a warm area until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle (¼-inch thick), brush with melted butter, sprinkle with nuts mixed with cinnamon and sugar.
- Roll tightly into a log, slice into buns, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
