- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1 lb ground beef or sausage
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté onions in a skillet until translucent, then add minced garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Brown the ground meat in the same skillet and drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, sautéed onions, garlic, and half of the mozzarella until smooth.
