  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, blueberries, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine rolled oats with a drizzle of honey and pinch of cinnamon, then sprinkle over the cottage cheese mixture.
