  • 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare)
  • 1 cup apple butter
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse and dry the ribs.
  2. In a bowl, mix apple butter, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cider vinegar until smooth. Coat the ribs generously with the mixture.
  3. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until fork-tender.
  4. Unwrap the ribs carefully, brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired, and broil for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with coleslaw or cornbread.
