  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury crescent roll dough
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat and mix in taco seasoning and water according to package directions.
  2. Stir in both cheeses until melted and combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough; cut each triangle into two smaller triangles to form squares.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef-cheese mixture in the center of each square. Fold corners up to seal tightly.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray the basket with cooking spray and arrange taco bombs in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
