  • 1 refrigerated pie crust (about 9 inches)
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples (about 2 cups diced)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel, core, and dice the apples. Combine diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick; cut into four-inch circles.
  4. Place one tablespoon of the apple mixture in the center of each circle. Fold over and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush each bomb with melted butter for a golden finish.
  6. Arrange bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer; cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow cooling slightly before serving with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
