Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Sugar for coating (granulated with cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine apple cider, melted butter, egg, and milk until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Fill silicone donut molds halfway with batter.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch.
  7. Cool slightly before rolling in cinnamon sugar.
