  • 1 Ribeye Steak (12 oz)
  • 2 Lobster Tails (6 oz each)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients. Rinse and dry lobster tails.
  2. Season ribeye steak with salt and pepper; let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the ribeye for 4-5 minutes on each side until crust forms.
  4. Remove the steak, lower heat, add butter and garlic to the skillet.
  5. Place lobster tails flesh-side down in the pan; baste with garlic butter while cooking for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve steak and lobster together, drizzled with remaining garlic butter and garnished with parsley and thyme.
