  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.

  3. Stir in canned diced tomatoes with juices; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Lower heat; gradually mix in heavy cream until slightly thickened (3–4 minutes).
