  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and honey. Microwave in short bursts, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the nuts, oats, and vanilla extract until well combined.
