- 4. Stir in the spinach; cook until wilted (about 2 minutes).
- 5. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; simmer for 3-5 minutes until well combined.
- 6. Fold in cooked gnocchi until fully coated. Serve immediately.
