- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

- Pour in heavy cream while scraping any bits from the pan, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Fold in the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
