Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients before starting to cook.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned steak for about 4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.

  5. Slice the rested steak against the grain and return it to the skillet, mixing well to coat with sauce.
