  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  5. Gradually add warm broth one ladle at a time, stirring continuously until absorbed before adding more (approximately 18-20 minutes).
  6. Once the rice is al dente and creamy, remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and an extra pat of butter.
  7. Serve immediately while hot, garnished with herbs or additional cheese if desired.
