  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 30 oz frozen hash browns
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen sweet corn

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Layer half of the hash browns in the baking dish followed by half of the beef mixture and half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil during the last 15 minutes to brown the cheese.
