Instructions

- Chill the dough wrapped in plastic for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the chilled dough to 1/8-inch thick and cut into circles for mini tart pans.
- Press circles into pans, prick bottoms with a fork, and bake for 10-12 minutes until firm but not browned. Cool completely.
- Melt heavy cream and dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth; add vanilla extract.
- Pour warm chocolate filling into cooled tart shells and let set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker results.
