- 2 celery stalks, diced

- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes). Remove from pot.
- Add garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot; sauté for about 3 minutes until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and return chicken to the pot. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and milk to form a batter. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the simmering broth.
- Cover the pot tightly and simmer for about 15 minutes without lifting the lid.
