Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Bowls with Creamy Garlic Sauce are a quick, healthy meal featuring tender chicken and vibrant broccoli, all enveloped in a rich garlic sauce. Ready in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and grill marks appear. Remove from heat and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a pot of boiling salted water, blanch broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until bright green but crisp. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, blanched broccoli, and creamy garlic sauce; toss gently to coat.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan or red pepper flakes if desired.
