  • 1 pound large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink (about 3 minutes).
  3. Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in half the mozzarella and all the Parmesan cheese along with fresh herbs.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top, and bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
