- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove sausage and add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in diced bell peppers and cook until slightly softened, around 4 minutes.
- Add cauliflower rice to the skillet; stir well and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
