Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat each chicken breast with the marinade and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Blend cilantro leaves, green chili peppers, sour cream or yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fluff cooked rice with a fork. Plate the rice topped with seared chicken and drizzle generously with green sauce.
