  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef Filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
  2. Add Seasonings: Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef mixture and stir well. Pour in diced tomatoes and chicken broth; let simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  3. Prepare Tortillas: Warm tortillas in another skillet or microwave until pliable.
