- 1 (3 oz) box blue jello (blue raspberry)
- 2 cups boiling water (divided)
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In three separate bowls, dissolve each jello flavor in 2/3 cup of boiling water.
- Pour the red mixture into clear cups until one-third full. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Gently pour the white mixture over the set red layer, refrigerate until firm (about 30 minutes).
- Repeat with the blue mixture once the white layer is fully set.
- After all layers are set, top each cup with whipped cream.
