  • 1 (3 oz) box red jello (strawberry or raspberry)
  • 1 (3 oz) box white jello (vanilla or coconut)
  • 1 (3 oz) box blue jello (blue raspberry)
  • 2 cups boiling water (divided)
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In three separate bowls, dissolve each jello flavor in 2/3 cup of boiling water.
  2. Pour the red mixture into clear cups until one-third full. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
  3. Gently pour the white mixture over the set red layer, refrigerate until firm (about 30 minutes).
  4. Repeat with the blue mixture once the white layer is fully set.
  5. After all layers are set, top each cup with whipped cream.
