Ingredients

  • 1 box stuffing mix (cornbread or herb flavor)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Dried thyme and rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and celery.
  2. Layer the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine stuffing mix, onion, celery, dried herbs, and melted butter. Stir in chicken broth until moist but not soggy.
