Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- In a large bowl, combine sausages, peppers, onions, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined sheet pan in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sausages are browned and vegetables are tender.
