  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until smooth. Allow it to thicken for about five minutes.
  2. In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers to cover the bottom completely.
  3. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.

  6. Spread half of the whipped topping over the apples and caramel.
  7. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients: graham crackers, pudding mixture, chopped apples, caramel sauce, and finish with whipped topping.
