  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Assemble all ingredients and rinse the black beans.
