Ingredients

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Food coloring (variety of colors)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and eggs; mix until fully combined.
  4. Divide the filling into bowls and add food coloring for swirls.
  5. Pour spoonfuls of colored filling into the crust and gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center. Cool completely before slicing.
