Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with Halloween-themed liners.

  3. In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just blended.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cupcakes cool completely before preparing the frosting by beating butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream until desired consistency is reached; mix in orange food coloring.
