- Sear the seasoned ribeye steak in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Cook to medium-rare.
- Remove the steak and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
- While the steak rests, wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine greens, sliced steak, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles.
