Pistachio & Blackberry Cheesecake Towers are a stunning no-bake dessert featuring creamy cheesecake, nutty pistachios, and fresh blackberries. Perfect for any celebration or a sweet indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into dessert glasses or molds to form the crust.
