Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
- In another bowl, combine heavy cream and vanilla extract. Gradually add to the dry mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
