- 1 cup ripe mango, diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (mix of equal parts cinnamon and sugar)
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit salsa: Wash and dice strawberries, mangoes, and pineapple. Combine in a bowl.
- Add lime juice over the fruit and mix gently to coat.
- For tortilla chips: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter.
