  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (mix of equal parts cinnamon and sugar)
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit salsa: Wash and dice strawberries, mangoes, and pineapple. Combine in a bowl.
  2. Add lime juice over the fruit and mix gently to coat.
  3. For tortilla chips: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously on both sides of the tortillas. Cut into triangles.
  5. Place tortilla triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm tortilla chips alongside the chilled fruit salsa.
