Instructions
- Cook orzo in a large pot of salted boiling water for about 8 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for one minute until fragrant.
- Stir in creamed corn until heated through to create a silky sauce.
- Drain the orzo (do not rinse) and add it to the skillet with the creamed corn mixture. Stir well.
